Our Customer Service Team are available Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday and bank holidays 9am-5pm.

If your car has been sold in our daily online sale and you need help with collection or payment, please call our Sales Support Team on 0203 988 3388 or email salessupport@motorway.co.uk.
Our Sales Support Team are available Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, and bank holidays 10am-5pm.

We aim to get back to all customer queries within 24 hours on weekdays, and within 1-3 days at weekends, however it may take longer over public holidays and at busier times.
